Job Title: Capital Investments Analyst - Bilingual Korean

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% onsite)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $35-$40/hr. DOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Korean Investments Analyst to support capital investment planning and project execution across a distribution center network. This role will focus on capital budgeting, procurement, vendor management, project coordination, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing supplier relationships and investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present capital investment proposals to leadership
  • Manage RFQ processes, supplier sourcing, bid evaluations, and vendor selection
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Track project budgets and monitor spending against approved plans
  • Analyze budget variances and support financial forecasting and reporting
  • Ensure timely invoice processing and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Coordinate capital projects from planning through completion
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track purchase orders and vendor performance metrics
  • Support facility operations, startup initiatives, and cost-saving programs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) required
  • 5+ years of experience in investment analysis, procurement, project management, or related roles
  • Experience with RFQs, supplier management, contract negotiation, and budgeting
  • Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
  • Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus
